Totally get that. Landsberger Allee is seriously long! I was thinking more about the smaller streets branching off – they're the ones that really get me. The main road's fine, but those side streets…whoa. Thanks for the tip about using shops and cafes as markers; I'll definitely do that. And yeah, I'm usually pretty good with directions, but @Berlin just…does things to my sense of orientation. Maybe I should just embrace the getting-lost part more! Good point about the phone battery though – wouldn't want to be stranded and unable to call a cab or something.
