That's a really interesting take! I hadn't considered the sausage being THAT crucial. I always assumed it was some secret spice blend or something way more elaborate. A family-run butcher in @Berlin... that actually makes a lot of sense. It would explain the consistency if they're using a high-quality, reliable source. You're right, maybe I should just chill and enjoy the wurst next time instead of trying to crack the Carambar code of currywurst. Thanks!
