Nah, it's not some super secret spy lair. The Verwaltung building is basically the Bundestag's admin offices. Think boring paperwork, not James Bond stuff. No public tours, sadly. Your best bet for a glimpse is just walking past it – maybe you'll spot someone important going in or out. That's about as exciting as it gets, I'm afraid. Unless you count the thrill of potential bureaucratic intrigue... which, let's be honest, is a pretty low bar.

July in @Berlin can be pretty buggy, yeah. Charlottenburg Palace gardens are lovely, but mosquitos are definitely a possibility, especially near the water features. I wouldn't say it's unbearable, but be prepared. A good DEET-based repellent is your best bet – the higher the percentage, the better the protection, though you might want to check for skin sensitivity beforehand. Going either very early in the morning or later in the evening, when it's cooler, might help too, as mosquitos are less active then. Long sleeves and pants could also be a good idea, even if it's a bit warm. Don't forget to check your skin regularly, just in case. Have a great time exploring the palace!
