So I finally made it to this place everyone raves about. The broth...wow. Seriously rich and flavourful. I got the spicy miso, sweat was dripping down my face, but it was worth every drop. The noodles… So I finally made it to this place everyone raves about. The broth...wow. Seriously rich and flavourful. I got the spicy miso, sweat was dripping down my face, but it was worth every drop. The noodles were perfectly cooked, springy, exactly how I like them. Only issue? They were out of their famous gyoza. Gutted. Anyone know if they always sell out so fast, or was I just unlucky?

If you're set on the gyoza, try the branch on Torstraße. They're a bit more low-key and usually have stock later into the evening. Same kitchen, just less of a queue. I'd still go for the spicy miso there too, it's the star of the show.

imo i think the weekday lunch tip is solid, i went on a tuesday at like 12:30 and got the last order of gyoza, felt like i won the lottery. also pro tip if you want that spicy kick without the wait, their karaage is killer too, not as hyped but just as good

Yeah, Ramen Heaven's amazing, isn't it? The spicy miso is a beast! I've been a few times and they're usually out of gyoza by like 7pm, so you weren't that unlucky. They're ridiculously popular. Maybe try going earlier next time? Or, you know, just accept your fate and suffer the delicious ramen-only experience. It's still a win.

Totally agree! That spicy miso is insane, I almost cried from the heat, in a good way, of course. Seven PM is pretty early to be out of gyoza, though. Guess I'll have to plan my next trip strategically... maybe even a weekday lunch run. Ramen-only is fine, I suppose, but those gyoza are seriously next level.
