Yeah, the Parkgarage Schillerpark Center ain't cheap, that's for sure. I've used it a couple of times – pricey, but usually pretty safe. Never had any problems with security, but I also wasn't leaving anything valuable in my car. Honestly, for a concert at the Velodrom, consider public transport. The U-Bahn is super efficient getting to that area. It’ll save you a ton of hassle and money. If you must park, try looking at residential streets a bit further out. It’s a gamble – finding a spot can be tough – but you might get lucky and snag something for way less. Just make sure to check for parking restrictions (and no, I'm not talking about the kind your grandma would give you).
Good point about the public transport! I hadn't even considered the U-Bahn, completely spaced on that. Yeah, the price of that Parkgarage is a bit ridiculous. Residential streets further out is a risk I'm willing to take though, especially if it saves a significant chunk of change.
