Berliner Sparkasse Coin-Accepting ATMs

I'm drowning in small change (1, 2, and 5 cent coins)! The bank's website wasn't helpful finding ATMs that take them. Any suggestions for locations?

Honestly, the Berliner Sparkasse website is notoriously unhelpful. Try calling their customer service directly – sometimes a phone call gets you further than hours of online searching. Failing that, larger branches in more central locations might have coin-deposit machines, but it's a long shot. You could also try other banks; maybe Deutsche Bank or Commerzbank ATMs are more accommodating.

It's a mixed bag, honestly. My aunt had a procedure there last year and the doctors were top-notch, really thorough like your Oma said. But the waiting room... yeah, that's another story. It can get pretty packed, especially in the mornings. Three hours is possible, but I wouldn't count on a speedy in-and-out. Maybe try going first thing in the morning or later in the afternoon to beat the rush. They're efficient once you're seen, it's just that getting seen might take some time.
