Nah, it's not a secret menu item. It's probably just a different ramen style, maybe a mazemen or tsukemen. Those are popular in Japan and some places in Berlin offer them. Basically, you get the noodles and toppings separately, and you mix them with a small amount of intensely flavored sauce/broth on the side.
