Kristalltherme, Bad Wilsnack - is it worth going in Oktober?

I visited two years ago in warmer weather and it was delightful; I just wanted to know whether it is still worth it when it is colder? I visited two years ago in warmer weather and it was delightful; I just wanted to know whether it is still worth it when it is colder?

ngl october is prob the best time for kristalltherme. the contrast between cold air and warm water hits different, plus the sauna garden with the wood-fired cabins feels way more authentic when there's a chill in the air. if you're into aufguss sessions, the ones in the outdoor sauna are esp good in fall cause the steam mixes with the cold mist. the restaurant inside does a pretty solid pumpkin soup that time of year too, not a bad way to warm up after a swim

honestly it's even better in october. the outdoor areas are heated and there's nothing quite like being in the warm pools when it's crisp outside, especially around sunset. just bring a proper robe and flip-flops, the walk between saunas gets chilly. the thermal brine pools are the same temperature year-round so you won't miss out on anything

yeah october is actually a sweet spot for kristalltherme. the outdoor pools steam up nicely when it's cold and the whole place feels way less crowded than summer weekends. if you go on a weekday you'll basically have the floating dome to yourself. just check their website for any sauna events or special aufguss sessions that might be running

What is the correct spelling for a street name that appears differently on multiple signs in Charlottenburg?

I noticed that the street name is spelled differently on three separate signs in the Charlottenburg area. Can anyone confirm the correct official spelling and whether this is a known issue? Worth noting that Berlin street names have official umlaut and ß rules that trip people up, so a sign showing "Strasse" versus "Straße" is not actually a spelling error, just an older transcription. Same with "ue" versus "ü" (e.g. "Kantstrasse" vs "Kantstraße"), both are considered valid renderings and you'll see the ß version on the blue Schilder and the ss version on older plaques or in databases that predate Unicode. If the difference you're seeing is between those two forms, there's nothing to fix and both are technically correct.

if the signs u mean are the old enamel ones on the house facades those are often protected as Baudenkmal so nobody's allowed to correct them even if the spelling is outdated. the binding version is whatever is in the Berliner Strassenverzeichnis plus the entry in the Liegenschaftskataster, so if u tell me the street i can point u to the right Bezirksamt Mitte or Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf page. tbh the merged district thing is real but the facade signs are a separate story, theyre basically museum pieces at this point

honestly thats super common in Charlottenburg, the district offices were merged from older Bezirke and nobody ever fixed all the Schilder. if its a real street you can check the official strassenverzeichnis on berlin.de, that list is what the Burgeramt actually goes by. which street is it? some of the Kaiserdamm / Kantstrasse signs are notorious for this.
