if it's really small and under 2kg, DHL Express is actually pretty solid within Germany and costs around 12 euro with pickup. arrives next day by noon usually. for the UK specifically, check if the sender can do "DHL Express Easy" at any Packstation, it's like 25 euro and gets to London in 1-2 days. but if you're set on a person, try the "Berlin London Express" group on Facebook, way more active than the Telegram one imo and people post daily flights for like 15-20 euro
