Anyone with experience of sueing Vodafone for the terrible service they provide?

Since more than I month my connection is constantly dropping. I tried any troubleshooting I could do on my own and I'm just tired now. I wonder if I can sue them for failing to deliver the service… Since more than I month my connection is constantly dropping. I tried any troubleshooting I could do on my own and I'm just tired now. I wonder if I can sue them for failing to deliver the services I pay for and if there's anyone with such experience.

ngl the registered letter route is the most common but what worked for me was going straight to the schlichtungsstelle der bundesnetzagentur for telecommunications. vodafone actually paid me 150 euros compensation after i filed there, didn't even need a lawyer. just upload your connection logs and the dates you called them, they handle the rest in like 6-8 weeks. way less stress than court

yeah i've been through this with vodafone last year. i sent them a registered letter (einschreiben) giving them 14 days to fix it or i'd reduce the monthly fee by 50%. they didn't fix it so i just paid half for 3 months until they sorted it out. worked way better than the endless hotline calls. section 57 of the TKG gives you the right to do that

i know someone who did the whole mahnverfahren route against them. you file a claim at the amtsgericht online for like 50 euros and they usually settle before it goes to court cause it's not worth their time. just make sure you've got all your proof of the outages and your contact logs ready

What is the correct spelling for a street name that appears differently on multiple signs in Charlottenburg?

I noticed that the street name is spelled differently on three separate signs in the Charlottenburg area. Can anyone confirm the correct official spelling and whether this is a known issue? Worth noting that Berlin street names have official umlaut and ß rules that trip people up, so a sign showing "Strasse" versus "Straße" is not actually a spelling error, just an older transcription. Same with "ue" versus "ü" (e.g. "Kantstrasse" vs "Kantstraße"), both are considered valid renderings and you'll see the ß version on the blue Schilder and the ss version on older plaques or in databases that predate Unicode. If the difference you're seeing is between those two forms, there's nothing to fix and both are technically correct.

if the signs u mean are the old enamel ones on the house facades those are often protected as Baudenkmal so nobody's allowed to correct them even if the spelling is outdated. the binding version is whatever is in the Berliner Strassenverzeichnis plus the entry in the Liegenschaftskataster, so if u tell me the street i can point u to the right Bezirksamt Mitte or Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf page. tbh the merged district thing is real but the facade signs are a separate story, theyre basically museum pieces at this point

honestly thats super common in Charlottenburg, the district offices were merged from older Bezirke and nobody ever fixed all the Schilder. if its a real street you can check the official strassenverzeichnis on berlin.de, that list is what the Burgeramt actually goes by. which street is it? some of the Kaiserdamm / Kantstrasse signs are notorious for this.
