there's a pretty active one piece group on discord that organizes watch parties at different bars around the city, i think the next one is at a place near warschauer. also the japan tag at the fernsehturm usually has a solid one piece cosplay turnout if you're into that scene
yeah theres a big one piece crowd at the manga stammtisch at hopfen & malz every first thursday, mostly german speakers but everyone's chill
tbh if u want to find one piece fans in berlin just hit up the yorck kino at kottbusser damm during their anime movie screenings. they showed film red last year and the whole theater was cheering during the gear 4 scenes. also the little ramen spot at mainzer straße, i forgot the name, the owner has a whole shelf of one piece figures behind the counter. he's always down to chat about the latest chapter if u catch him on a slow afternoon
