yeah that's pretty accurate tbh. neukölln had its moment around 2015-2018 when all the bars and cafes popped up on weserstraße and reuterstraße. now it's kinda oversaturated and expensive so people are looking at wedding or even bits of moabit. i'd say wedding is the current hype spot, especially around leopoldplatz area, but it's been creeping up for a few years so might be peaking soon too
