tbh the saddle thing is prob the most annoying part of biking in berlin. i'd add that if you have a rear rack with a spring clamp or anything quick release, those go missing too. also if your pedals look even slightly nice, like the ones with reflectors or metal edges, people will take them. i just use cheap plastic ones now and swap the nice ones on for longer rides.
yeah the seat thing is real, especially in neukölln or xberg. i'd add the front wheel if u use a quick release, those vanish fast in the daytime even with a lock through the frame. also if u got a dynamo hub or something pricier, the whole wheel can go in under a minute. i just switched to pitlock bolts for my wheels and saddle clamp, costs like 30€ but beats carrying stuff around.
For sure detach your bike computer or phone mount if you use one, those get swiped in seconds. Also if you've got a suspension seatpost or anything that looks even slightly nice on the saddle, that's a target too.
