honestly for that size you could also check out Kunsttrans, they're a bit smaller than Hasenkamp but more flexible with non standard dimensions. their guy in Wedding walked me through the whole process when I shipped a ceramic piece to Tokyo last year, took about 2 weeks door to door. think I paid around 300 with full insurance, and they handled the customs declaration without me having to do anything extra

I've used Hasenkamp for oversized art pieces before and they handled the customs paperwork better than I expected. Their Neukolln office is right off the Karl-Marx-Strasse and the staff actually inspects the crate packing before they take it. For something that size you'll probably pay around 250-400 euro depending on the Asian destination and insurance level.

yeah there's also Dörner on Torstraße, they're pretty good with smaller fragile stuff and ship to Asia all the time. their insurance is solid too, had a glass piece go to Seoul without issues
