Clubbing in Berlin...how much spending is excessive?

I end up spending about €200 each time, staying for like 12 hrs in a club. For some time though I've been getting more conscious about my spending and so, I'd love to know if people are spending way less and how long they stay in a club?

€200 is definitely on the higher end, i usually land around €60-80 for a solid 8-10 hours at kitkat or tresor. if you're staying 12 hours, that's a lot of drink rounds and probably a snack somewhere, which is the main money sink. try pre-gaming at home with a couple beers and then just buy one or two drinks inside, most clubs like berghain or ://about blank will let you refill your water bottle at the sinks for free. if you're really trying to cut back, see if you can get in on the guest list for certain nights, that saves the entry fee which is like €20-25 these days

yeah €200 is a lot tbh, most of my friends are around €80-100 for a full night out at somewhere like about blank or rso. if you're doing 12 hours you're probably eating inside or buying multiple rounds of drinks, which adds up fast. hit späti before you queue and bring a water bottle, most clubs let you fill up for free at the bathroom sinks

€200 a night is pretty steep unless you're buying bottles or something. most people i know spend like 50-100 max, just on a couple drinks and maybe a red bull, and they're there for 6-8 hours tops. if you're trying to cut back just bring your own water or sneak a flask

What is the correct spelling for a street name that appears differently on multiple signs in Charlottenburg?

I noticed that the street name is spelled differently on three separate signs in the Charlottenburg area. Can anyone confirm the correct official spelling and whether this is a known issue? Worth noting that Berlin street names have official umlaut and ß rules that trip people up, so a sign showing "Strasse" versus "Straße" is not actually a spelling error, just an older transcription. Same with "ue" versus "ü" (e.g. "Kantstrasse" vs "Kantstraße"), both are considered valid renderings and you'll see the ß version on the blue Schilder and the ss version on older plaques or in databases that predate Unicode. If the difference you're seeing is between those two forms, there's nothing to fix and both are technically correct.

if the signs u mean are the old enamel ones on the house facades those are often protected as Baudenkmal so nobody's allowed to correct them even if the spelling is outdated. the binding version is whatever is in the Berliner Strassenverzeichnis plus the entry in the Liegenschaftskataster, so if u tell me the street i can point u to the right Bezirksamt Mitte or Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf page. tbh the merged district thing is real but the facade signs are a separate story, theyre basically museum pieces at this point

honestly thats super common in Charlottenburg, the district offices were merged from older Bezirke and nobody ever fixed all the Schilder. if its a real street you can check the official strassenverzeichnis on berlin.de, that list is what the Burgeramt actually goes by. which street is it? some of the Kaiserdamm / Kantstrasse signs are notorious for this.
