Yeah, the Fernsehturm queue is legendary. I've heard going very early in the morning, like before they even officially open, can help. Or, weirdly enough, try going on a weekday afternoon during a bit of bad weather – people are less likely to brave the elements. It's a gamble, though. Also, consider booking tickets online in advance; sometimes that lets you skip a portion of the queue. But honestly, two hours? That's pretty standard. Maybe bring a really good book next time… and snacks.
