Last year June I went to Bürgeramt to make a registration for Driving Licenses. They reguster me for Dekra.

And it's now been 11 month I didn't seat for theory exam and next month its going to be expire.

However I would like take admission to another driving school who are belong to Tüv.

In that case how I should change Dekra to Tüv?

The driving school you switch to will handle the transfer for you, but you should know that Dekra and Tüv are just testing bodies and they share the same database in Berlin. Your file isn't tied to either one specifically. When your new school requests your file from LABO, they'll just assign you to Tüv for the test. The bigger issue is your theory certificate expiring next month. I'd call the new school today and ask if they can get you a Tüv theory test slot before it runs out, because some Tüv centers in Berlin still have backlogs. If it expires, you'll need to pay the 30 euro exam fee again and the school might charge extra for re-registering you.

fwiw the whole Dekra vs Tuv thing is kinda a non-issue here in Berlin. your file at LABO doesn't care which testing org you end up at, it's just whatever the school picks for you. some schools have a deal with one or the other but they can usually switch if you ask

the real thing to watch out for is that theory certificate. if it expires you'll have to pay the 30 euro fee again and re-register at the Burgeramt, which is a pain. call the new school first thing tomorrow and see if they can squeeze you in for a Tuv theory test before next month. the Tuv center in Lichtenberg has shorter wait times than the one in Mitte from what I've seen

honestly, you don't really "change" from Dekra to Tuv yourself. the driving school handles that. just tell your new school you're switching and they'll request your file from the old one. Dekra and Tuv are just testing organizations, not schools. your registration at the Burgeramt was just to get your file started, so that stays the same no matter which school you pick. just make sure your theory certificate hasn't expired yet before you book the test, otherwise you gotta redo it

What is the correct spelling for a street name that appears differently on multiple signs in Charlottenburg?

I noticed that the street name is spelled differently on three separate signs in the Charlottenburg area. Can anyone confirm the correct official spelling and whether this is a known issue? Worth noting that Berlin street names have official umlaut and ß rules that trip people up, so a sign showing "Strasse" versus "Straße" is not actually a spelling error, just an older transcription. Same with "ue" versus "ü" (e.g. "Kantstrasse" vs "Kantstraße"), both are considered valid renderings and you'll see the ß version on the blue Schilder and the ss version on older plaques or in databases that predate Unicode. If the difference you're seeing is between those two forms, there's nothing to fix and both are technically correct.

if the signs u mean are the old enamel ones on the house facades those are often protected as Baudenkmal so nobody's allowed to correct them even if the spelling is outdated. the binding version is whatever is in the Berliner Strassenverzeichnis plus the entry in the Liegenschaftskataster, so if u tell me the street i can point u to the right Bezirksamt Mitte or Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf page. tbh the merged district thing is real but the facade signs are a separate story, theyre basically museum pieces at this point

honestly thats super common in Charlottenburg, the district offices were merged from older Bezirke and nobody ever fixed all the Schilder. if its a real street you can check the official strassenverzeichnis on berlin.de, that list is what the Burgeramt actually goes by. which street is it? some of the Kaiserdamm / Kantstrasse signs are notorious for this.
