honestly that address is legit but keep in mind it's only for the OTV system which handles the online appointment bookings. if you're waiting on a reply about documents or an actual decision those come from a different department email entirely. your best bet is to also check your spam folder since the lea.berlin.de domain gets flagged sometimes
