honestly if you're full time, check out kunstlabor in wedding. they do a 2 day handpoke basics workshop every other saturday, like 120 euros i think. not as polished as some other spots but the teacher is chill and actually lets you try on practice skin instead of just watching a demo
For machine tattooing specifically, Tattoo Oslo on Torstraße has a solid beginner course that runs over two Saturdays. They provide the machines and fake skin, so you don't need to buy your own gear upfront.
