Looking for HIIT or F45-style group fitness classes near the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Are these types of classes common there?

Yeah, you'll find plenty of those types of classes around the Eiffel Tower. Paris is pretty big on fitness, especially in touristy areas. Look for studios advertising "entraînement fractionné de haute intensité" (that's HIIT in French) or "fitness en groupe." Checking classpass or similar apps might also yield good results.

Honestly, the Champs-Élysées is a total zoo for fireworks. Try the Parc de la Villette. It's a bit further out, but you'll get a decent view and it's way less crowded. Grab a spot early, though, even there it gets busy. Pack a picnic; avoids those crazy firework-night prices.
