They have various levels and locations across Paris, and while not dirt cheap, they're generally considered a good balance of quality and price, avoiding the overly touristy trap. Their beginner courses are usually pretty relaxed in terms of atmosphere, but still structured for decent progress. Look at their website; they'll have details on schedules and pricing in the 9th arrondissement or nearby.
