Xingcheng budget tips for next month?

Headed to Xingcheng next month and trying to figure out how much to budget for a week there. Anyone got a rough idea of daily costs for food, transport, and sightseeing? dont sleep on the seafood market near the east port, it opens around 5am and u can grab fresh crab or shrimp for like 20 yuan a kilo if u cook it yourself at the hostel kitchen. most guesthouses have a shared stove if u ask. for sightseeing, the xingcheng confucius temple is only 15 yuan and way quieter than the wall, plus the gardens are nice for a break from the sun. id say 130-150 yuan a day is solid if u mix cheap eats with one paid spot a day

honestly u can get by pretty cheap if u stick to local spots. for food, the street stalls near the old town wall sell jianbing and fried dumplings for like 5-10 yuan each, a real meal at a simple restaurant runs maybe 30-40 yuan. bus fare is 1 yuan per ride within the city, and renting a bike for the day is about 20 yuan from the shop on Dongguan Street. sightseeing wise, the city wall pass is 40 yuan and covers all the gates, but the beach along the coast is free and chill for a stroll. so maybe 100-150 yuan a day if u keep it simple, 200 if u splurge a bit on nicer dinners.

If you're basing yourself near the South Gate, the morning market on Chunhe Street has great seafood deals since Xingcheng is right on the coast. A big bowl of seafood noodles there runs about 15-20 yuan, and it's way better than what you'd get at a tourist restaurant. For transport, the minibuses to the hot springs area are 2 yuan each way, which is cheaper than a taxi and runs every 10 minutes. I'd budget around 180 yuan a day if you want to include a soak at one of the local bathhouses, which is usually 30-50 yuan for entry.
