Xiaoxita budget tips for next month?

I'm heading to Xiaoxita next month and trying to figure out a realistic daily budget. Anyone know what a reasonable amount for food, transport, and sightseeing would be for a week? honestly 50 yuan for food is tight unless u stick to street eats. I'd budget closer to 80-100 a day so you can grab a proper dinner once in a while. The night market near the south gate has grilled fish for 35 yuan that's way better than the tourist trap spots. For transport, just walk the old town it's small enough, and skip the sightseeing bus it's 20 yuan and not really worth it.

yeah the 80-100 range feels right, especially if u plan on hitting up the river teahouses. they charge like 15 yuan for a pot of tea but u can sit there for hours watching the boats, totally worth it. also the museum near central square is free on wednesdays if ur timing works out

If you're eating where the locals do, you can keep food under 50 yuan a day. Try the noodle shops on Renmin Road for a filling bowl around 12 yuan. Buses are 2 yuan per ride, and most of the scenic spots near the river are free to walk around. For sightseeing, the old temple complex charges 30 yuan entry, but it's worth it for the views.
