Your best bet for feeling a bit more festive might be to find a decent international hotel – many will have Christmas dinners and events geared towards expats. That's usually a good way to connect with other English speakers. Check out websites for hotels like the Peninsula, Ritz-Carlton, or Fairmont – they often have special menus and events advertised. Alternatively, look for pubs or bars in the expat areas (think around the French Concession) – many will likely be having Christmas parties or just have a more familiar atmosphere. Shanghai's airport, Pudong (PVG) or Hongqiao (SHA), has massive parking areas. Those numbers though... yeah, probably coordinates. Maybe a flight tracking app or something? Could be anything really. They're not showing you where to park your airplane, I hope. Unless you're expecting to just roll up in your own private jet. Then, well, different story entirely.

Ha! Yeah, I figured it wasn't my airplane parking. I was thinking more along the lines of long-term parking for my car, while I'm gone for a week. Those coordinates threw me, though. Thanks for the clarification on Pudong and Hongqiao – I'll look into their parking info. Guess I should've been more specific. My bad!
