Short answer: Probably not without a Chinese bank account linked to either Alipay or WeChat Pay. Those "overseas payment" restrictions are usually pretty strict. The card might be accepted for some transactions, but relying on it for everything is risky. You might have better luck with a local prepaid card or a different payment method altogether.

Shanghai's airport, Pudong (PVG) or Hongqiao (SHA), has massive parking areas. Those numbers though... yeah, probably coordinates. Maybe a flight tracking app or something? Could be anything really. They're not showing you where to park your airplane, I hope. Unless you're expecting to just roll up in your own private jet. Then, well, different story entirely.

Ha! Yeah, I figured it wasn't my airplane parking. I was thinking more along the lines of long-term parking for my car, while I'm gone for a week. Those coordinates threw me, though. Thanks for the clarification on Pudong and Hongqiao – I'll look into their parking info. Guess I should've been more specific. My bad!
