the ribeye's the move but ask for it dry aged if they have it, changes the whole thing.
dry aged is woth asking about but they run out fast so call ahead same day
yeah the dry aged one is a different animal, just dont expect it on a monday, they restock midweek

Skip the corner bistro on weekends, it's packed and the hanger's inconsistent; walk five minutes to the place on Xindong Lu instead.
Creamed spinach is fine but the hanger at that corner spot has been hit or miss lately.

Cash still works best there, agreed. Stall 14 near the north corner does the best tomatoes and she'll knock a few kuai off if you buy a full jin. Clothing bits are better on the outer lane past the fishmongers, less picked over.
Outer lane's picked over by nine, go Thursday.
Stall 14 sells out by 7:30, get there earlier.
