Thanks for the heads-up! Yeah, "huge" is an understatement from what I've heard. A virtual tour would be amazing if they have one. I'll definitely print the appointment info – good thinking. And a translation app is a MUST, I hadn't even thought of that. Plenty of extra time...noted! Appreciate the advice.
