Good point about the "medium" spice being a challenge! I should have probably clarified, I'm not completely averse to spice, just not looking to spontaneously combust. I'll definitely try asking nicely for a milder version – worth a try, I suppose. Failing that, scouring the menu for something less fiery is plan B. Thanks for the advice!
