Yeah, that makes sense. I figured it was probably mostly hype. I guess I got carried away with the whole "secret society" idea after reading a few… ahem… less-than-reliable online forums. Thanks for the realistic perspective! I'll definitely check out the university website and try to get involved in some student groups. Hot pot sounds amazing, too. Any recommendations for good places in @Beijing?
