Good advice! I usually go for the "mild" option and it still feels like my tongue's on fire. Milk, huh? I'll have to remember that. Rice is definitely my go-to though, I shovel it down like I'm trying to win a speed-eating contest. Maybe next time I'll try a slightly spicier dish... but probably not. My spice tolerance is... lacking. 😅
