Totally agree! Jianbing is amazing. I had one near the Drum Tower last week and it was seriously the best thing I ate the whole trip. The crispy edges... the savory sauce... I'm already craving another one. Definitely worth the queue, even if it's a long one. Did you try any other snacks on Qianmen street? I was overwhelmed by the choices!
