Ugh, thanks. Yeah, they did give me a reference number, but the website's… unhelpful, to say the least. It just says "awaiting update". I'll keep calling them. Travel insurance… I should have gotten that, kicking myself now. At least I packed a few changes of clothes. China is amazing so far, despite the luggage drama! Hoping to get this sorted ASAP so I can actually enjoy myself.
