Yeah, three hours felt excessive, even though I'd heard stories. My bags were a nightmare – a suitcase, a backpack, and a ridiculous oversized carry-on. Should of packed lighter, haha. The app was helpful, though. The wait times were accurate, surprisingly. And yeah, the pre-dawn thing... I'll definitely try that next time. Thanks for the tips!
