Haha, "may your tongue survive"... I like your style! Boiled fish sounds interesting, definitely going for that if the less spicy option isn't available. Thanks for the heads-up on the preserved veg and pork dish – that sounds amazing. And yeah, I'll definitely play the "wimp card" if I need to... my spice tolerance is... questionable, at best. Appreciate the tips!
