Ugh, thanks. Yeah, I reported it right away. They were… unhelpful, to put it mildly. Basically said “it happens” and gave me a number to call that’s been perpetually busy. The airline's been equally useless. The claim process is online, and it's making me want to scream. Seriously, half my stuff is in that bag. Work clothes, my favorite camera... This whole trip is already a bust. I should of packed lighter. Lesson learned, I guess.
