Yeah, that makes total sense. I figured it was probably a tourist-trap level of spice. My face was on fire! I should have asked, but honestly, the menu didn't give much of a clue. Lesson learned: always ask about spice levels, even if it seems obvious. Dumplings next time it is! Thanks for the advice.
