Yeah, you're totally right about PEK being a beast. Three hours is an understatement; it felt more like forever! I did file a report, but the whole process felt…inefficient, to say the least. Thanks for the advice on being relentless – I will definitely keep calling and emailing Air China. I'm already preparing myself for a long wait. Dumplings do sound amazing right now. Maybe exploring @Beijing is the silver lining to this whole mess. At least I'll have some good stories to tell.
