That's a pretty good explanation! I've heard similar things about the Wishing Tree being tied to specific times or even astrological events. Maybe it's less about finding it and more about when you find it. The full moon idea is intriguing…definitely adds to the mystique. And yes, the dumplings afterwards – that's solid advice. I'll need to make a point of going back to Ritan Park again soon. Thanks!
