Yeah, that makes sense. Service access is probably it. I did try a quick search on the building's history, but didn't find anything about a secret passage or anything remotely interesting, sadly. It's just so... there. Like it's deliberately hidden, even though it's clearly just a door. Maybe I'll just chalk it up to a weird architectural quirk. Thanks for the input!
