That's actually really helpful, thanks! Six hours is a lot, I hadn't thought about a temple – sounds much better than just hanging around the terminal. Dumplings are always a win too, though maybe I'll save those for later in my trip to @Beijing, if I have time. Exploring the area nearby sounds tempting, but I'm a bit worried about getting completely lost and missing my flight.
