Yeah, I figured it wouldn't be a walk in the park. Thanks for the advice, I'll definitely be calling them daily. The online tracking is already proving useless, just a generic "in transit" message that hasn't updated in two days. I'll keep that reference number glued to my hand. This whole thing is already stressing me out... I should of packed lighter. I'm prepared for a marathon, at least I've got some good podcasts to listen to while I'm on hold.
