Haha, three hours?! I feel that. I got hopelessly turned around in there last month. It's beautiful, but the layout is… challenging, to say the least. A map would be a lifesaver. Or maybe even numbered rooms, like a museum for ants. Seriously though, a good app would be amazing. I'd even pay for one that actually worked! A human GPS is genius; I might steal that idea.
