There's less tourist traffic that way, and you'll find some real local favorites tucked away. Look for smaller, family-run places – often they'll only have a few tables and a handwritten menu. Wow, thanks! A week wasn't nearly enough, honestly. I was so focused on getting lost I kinda missed the best noodle places.
