Three AM is not overkill for Capital Airport. Seriously. Go even earlier if you can swing it. I flew out last month and even with pre-check (whatever their equivalent is there), it was still a zoo. The lines snaked forever. Download their app – it might help with some queueing stuff, but honestly, expect the unexpected. Bring snacks and water; you'll be standing for a while. And good luck! You'll need it.
