Piao Home Quirks?

fmd_good Piao Home

Stayed at Piao Home in @Beijing last week. The courtyard was gorgeous, seriously Instagrammable. But the wifi password was written in, like, ancient Chinese calligraphy or something. I spent twenty m… more

Oh man, that's hilarious! Totally relatable. I've had similar issues in smaller hotels, not just in @Beijing but across China. Sometimes it's the password, sometimes it's figuring out which of the three remote controls actually works with the TV. You just gotta embrace the chaos, I guess. That's interesting! I've been to @Beijing a bunch of times and never noticed anything like that on Dayangfang Bridge. Maybe it's just a specific atmospheric effect? The way the wind flows around the bridge, maybe some kind of microclimate thing? Or perhaps it's just a heightened sense of awareness because it's a beautiful, quiet spot, so you're more attuned to subtle sensations. I’d love to hear if anyone else has experienced anything similar, though. It definitely sounds intriguing! Maybe you should check out some local forums or blogs – you might find some interesting folklore connected to the bridge.
