Yeah, you're probably right about the whole "secret menu" thing. I got a little carried away with my expectations, haha. It was a pretty spectacular presentation, though. The duck itself was amazing, no doubt. I just felt a little…rushed, maybe? Like I was on a conveyor belt of deliciousness. I guess that's what happens when you go to a place as famous as Quanjude. Next time I'll definitely try a smaller joint – less fanfare, more focus on the food itself. Thanks for the advice!
