Honestly, there's no secret handshake. It's all about being brave and pointing! Seriously, just go in, see what looks good on other people's tables, and point enthusiastically. Don't be afraid to use some hand gestures – a lot of Chinese folks are used to this kind of ordering. Maybe even try saying "zhège" (this one) and pointing. Worst case scenario, you get something unexpectedly delicious! Best case, you unlock the hidden menu of culinary awesomeness. Go get 'em!
