Oh man, you're totally right! I saw it on the menu but went with the dumplings because… well, dumplings. Always a safe bet, you know? Next time I'm in @Beijing, though, that fried sauce noodle dish is going straight to the top of my list. Sounds incredible. Thanks for the tip!
