That's really helpful, thanks! I was worried about feeling overwhelmed. The "go with the flow" approach sounds much more appealing than trying to rigidly stick to a tour schedule. Early morning or late afternoon for photos – brilliant tip! I definitely want some good shots without a million people in them. Two to three hours seems manageable, too. I appreciate the realistic expectation setting – I wasn't expecting to see every nook and cranny.
