Oh man, you're not kidding. It was awful. I spent what felt like an eternity wandering around that chaotic maze, surrounded by a sea of identical suitcases. The airline staff were... less than helpful, to put it mildly. I did manage to file a report, but the website is, as you said, a black hole of information. Thanks for the advice about escalating – I’ll definitely be doing that. And yes, those hiking boots are for a really important trip tomorrow... fingers crossed!
